Even with the vast array of cards that are available today, a homemade card, when nicely put together, as a rule outshines all others. How much more desirable, then, is a hand-painted greeting card!

No matter how you say it, everyone loves getting handmade and hand painted greetings cards. Original watercolour greeting cards are special treasured gifts from the heart. Perhaps the hardest part of painting your own watercolour cards is getting motivated and inspired. It is my hope that by the end of you viewing all my web pages you will find some ideas and the inspiration from my cards for designing and painting your own watercolour greeting cards. 

Painting your own greeting cards does not have to be a complicated chore if you don't find the inspiration from my cards then there are a number of books, video's and/or CD's now available to guide you through the process. And even though my own preferred medium is watercolour paint, I’ve seen instructional material with great acrylic and oil designs too although oil does take a long time to dry.
