How do I pay?

You can pay for any item online using your existing PAYPAL account or you can simply click on PayPal to register and pay within minutes.

Is paying online safe?

Yes. All payments are taken through a secure pay pal gateway.

What do you do with my personal information?

Your data is collected so that we can gather the relevant details to post your orders. We will not pass your information on to any other source.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order 1 card or as many as you like.

What if I am not happy with my order?

We are confident that you will be extremely happy with the quality of our cards. However if for any reason you are not, we would first ask that you  E-mail me with the reason, so that I can make sure the same problem doesn’t occur again. If you then return the card/s to us in perfect condition within 14 days we will be happy to give you a full refund of your money.

Do the cards include an envelope?

Yes. Each card comes with its own matching envelope and all are individually wrapped in a cellophane sleeve. Individual cards are posted in an additional reinforced envelope, multiple orders are carefully packaged in a secure suitably sized box.

Can I place an order if I live in a non-UK country?

Yes. We are happy to take orders from other countries. Please E-mail me with your request before placing an order and I will be happy to advise you on postage costs.
